I received my Monkman 00 in January of 2017. I immediately fell in love with it to the point of excluding all guitars. I had a high-end Martin guitar that I considered my "lifer", but it sat in it's case unplayed once the 00 arrived.
I finally sold the Martin and have had no regrets, as the 00 quickly proved itself to be better in every way. I use the 00 for gigging, recording, sessions, and even busking - I can't bring myself to play anything else now. The quality of the woods and build are outstanding and the wonderful tone keeps improving with age.
Jeff is a master craftsman and if you are lucky enough to own one of his guitars, you will no doubt feel the same.
